THE MORTGAGE COUNSELOR WAS VERY THOROUGH & KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE CAME UP WITH SEVERAL SOLUTIONS FOR ME. ONCE I DECIDED WHICH OPTION WAS BEST, THE CLOSING WENT SMOOTHLY. THE DOCUMENTS WERE THEN SENT TO MY HOME. THE FEES WERE ROLLED INTO THE LOAN.
