+ -1 moreDICK WAS A COMPLETE JOY TO WORK WITH, ALSO! HE WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS, HARDWORKING, AND HONEST. THERE WAS NEVER A TIME THAT I WAS AFRAID TO LEAVE MY HOME FOR WORK, AS LONG AS DICK WAS THERE! HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY! HIS ASSISTANT, BRIAN, WAS GREAT, TOO!
Description of Work: DICK OBTAINED THE PERMITS, WAS IN CHARGE OF SITE PROTECTION AND DEMOLITION, OBTAINING LUMBER/SUPPLIES/ROUGH CARPENTRY, ELECTRICAL(ROUGH), PLUMBING ROUGH/DEMO, DRYWALL, CABINET INSTALLATION, OBTAINING THE PLUMBING/ELECTRICIAN/CARPET SUBCONTRACTING, GENERAL LABOR INCLUDING CLEANUP/DUMP/RECYCLE.
