Chem-Dry of Boulder

Chem-Dry of Boulder was able to take care of my carpet cleaning needs on very short notice and did a fantastic job! I couldn't be happier with the results.

It went very smoothly. Ben and Zues were a pleasure to have. They were very thorough (asking what the spots were from and treating each spot carefully. Our spots are gone and the rug looks fabulous and, best of all the rug was ready to be walked on in 3 hours. There was no smell. We would not hesitate to use Chem-Dry of Boulder again.

Got what we expected.

Arrived on time. Pleasant, helpful, and responsive to requests. The work was thorough, and furniture that could not be moved out was left on foam blocks to prevent stains. Unfortunately, when they left, there were dark non-oily stains on the driveway underneath where the truck has been. This residue - whatever it is - is coming up, but taking a lot of scrubbing with water and a stiff brush. Pictures show after rinsing and after scrubbing (ongoing).

These guys are always prompt,  courteous and professional.  When I called Jim on the phone about scheduling a time he said "what about today"?  They always call about 20 minutes before they arrive and are in and out.  We have used Chem-Dry of Boulder over 6 times now.  They always do a great job.

The crew was prompt, courteous, thorough and fast. These guys are great.

An hour before I was expecting their arrival, one of the technicians said that they were on their way and would arrive in 20 to 30 minutes. The two technicians??Ash? and Andrew?arrived neatly dressed and smiling. They were friendly and professional the entire time and made quick, efficient work of the job (three rooms, a large area rug, and a set of stairs in an hour). They inspected the areas to be cleaned, explained what they would do (especially on the worst-stained areas), and got to work. Some of the stains on the basement carpet were years old and I didn?t really expect them to come out?I mainly wanted the carpet cleaned to get out accumulated dust, dog hair, food, and such. Every stain except one years-old red-paint stain came out and the carpet looks fabulous! I will happily have Chem-Dry of Boulder back again to do the rest of the house.

I will get right into it. Customer service is excellent!!! The results were better than any other company I have hired. We even had a small issue as I forgot to check a closet that was hidden from them and they for got to clean it. Chem-Dry rep. worked out a fare resolution quickly and in a kind and clear way.  I will hire them every time! PS They also cleaned an old grungy chair and it came out awesome! Thanks!

Everything went very well.  The guys showed up on time and worked very quickly.  They took exact measurements of the surface area they would be cleaning and didn't charge me for any square footage that they would not be cleaning.  The carpet still looks great.

They were awesome. They were professional, on time and courteous. They were personable but not too personable. It was extremely high quality. They were just great.

The entire experience was painless! Seth was very professional and able to answer questions I had about the carpet and the cleaning process. he called to let me know that he would be arriving in about 30 minutes and he did. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and will be using their services again for the rest of the house.

About a week after I moved in to my brand new Town Home eight years ago, I spilled almost an entire MUG of coffee on the carpet near the front door. I worked dilligently to get as much of the coffe off the carpet as I could and even had it professionally cleaned a couple of times over the years...the stain always LOOKED like it came out but would reappear a day or two later. Chem-Dry came and did my whole house in about an hour and a half. The price I paid includes extras like sanitizer and carpet protector which lasts about a year - otherwise it would have been about $100 cheaper, but I felt that I needed the sanitizer because I had cleaned with water in the past and wasn't sure what was "hiding' UNDER the rug...also the protector is a type of repellant for dirt. I was MOST curious about the dreaded coffee stain that I had seen almost every day for 8 years when I walked through the front door. It APPEARED to be gone but I thought it would be back in a few days. It has now been more than a month and that stain is GONE! NO TRACE OF IT! Why did I wait so long to try Chem-Dry? My entire carpet looks fabulous...MUCH better than it did a month after getting it steam cleaned in the past. Also, they say that Chem-Dry doesn't attract dirt like soap does. It seems that they're right...I'll have to amend my post in 6 months to see if that's true. I know that after steam cleaning, my carpet seemed to get very dirty and SPOTTY quite soon after the cleaning. So far I have seen NO evidence that this will happen with Chem-Dry. I will NEVER steam clean my carpets again. Chem-Dry was fast, easy and with FABULOUS results! Also it was dry within an hour or so! I can't recommend this method more highly. Also I know that the Chem-Dry's are privately owned franchises and that the BOULDER Chem-Dry is A-1 in terms of puncutailty and professionalism. The tech that came to my house was thoroughly trained and he was assisted by a novice who was in training and I watched and heard him instructing the trainee in the "art" of chem-dry cleaning. I suggest that if you live anywhere near Boulder you call Chem-Dry of Boulder the next time you want your carpets cleaned!
