Great job! Showed up when they said they would. Did excellent work. They power washed the house, caulked everything, primed areas of the siding that needed it. They used the no-voc paint and primer we wanted. They cleaned up after themselves. They were very courteous and easy to work with. Nice people. Price was right in line with another company's bid. Glad we chose them. The crew that came was headed by Miquel Avila. Be sure and ask for them. House looks beautiful. Certapro also brought in a second contractor to repair siding before the painting. Good job there also.

The painters arrived promptly as scheduled each day, described their tasks, worked all day, and cleaned up when finished.  They showed attention to our concerns for certain areas which needed careful scraping, caulking, and priming.  Each day they asked if we were satisfied or had any concerns.  Their supervisors stopped by each day.  We were amazed that they finished as quickly as they predicted and are completely satisfied with the results.

Day one: power wash. went fine except for they sprayed under the front door into the entry way.

Day two: two workers scraped.

Day Three: two workers finished scraping and started painting.

Day four: no work due to rainy weather.

Day five: two workers completed the paint job. one window opening mechanism was damaged.

Did a great job. Power washed, lots of prep work prior to painting. Got two coats, but in some places they did 3 or even 4 coats, for no extra charge. Made some good color recommendations. I feel they did a great job, and went above and beyond to please me.

A very reasonable estimate. they called back almost immediately. Kept us apprised of when they were scheduled. The instructions for getting the paint match was right on.   The job was done when they said it would. they cleaned up afterward and it looks gorgeous.

Although Certa-Pro previously painted our exterior (good job), this report addresses only the interior painting completed in August, 2008. We found our entire experience with Certa-pro to be excellent. The estimator/consultant was pleasant, patient and very helpful. He helped us select the right paint colors in the right combinations. The painters were prompt, efficient and skilled at their jobs. Clean up was completed daily and at job completion. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the entire crew and the results of the job. Total costs seemed a little high but were justified by the results.

We were moderately satisfied. We thought they did a good job on the house and we were impressed with the prep work and how much time they spent with the prep. We were satisfied with the painting. They were quick about doing the work. We were not impressed with how they transferred information to the different workers. The bill was incorrect. They charged us for some things that they said they would not charge for. In terms of the services provided, they did a good job. We were satisfied with the price. We would use them again but we would be careful about supervision. We were not unhappy with the job they did. We had a really good interchange with the first person but then the second and third person did not know what we had talked about. The guys that came were very pleasant but they didn?t always know what we had talked about. They painted the garage doors the wrong color and offered to paint them over. We had already discussed this with two other people. They did a good job in the prepping and painting. They could take care of their communication problems very easily.

I was very happy with the work done for us. This company was extremely professional, to a degree that is rare to find in a contractor. Appointments were kept promptly on time, phone calls were returned the same day, and the bid was professionally laid out and easy to read. Extremely professional and a pleasure to work with! In addition, we were very happy with the quality of work that was done. The painters were clearly experienced and did a great paint job. I would definitely use this company again in the future since they did excellent work!

They called us back right away and came out to give an estimate. Within two weeks the crew was out and got right to work. We didn't even notice they were there except for the great looking paint job both inside and on the outside of the house. We are very pleased!
