Cal was very nice to work with, but became frustrated as he was asked to return again and again due to how disorganized the whole project was (very poor management by contractor). He was flexible and customer-oriented. However, he was not detail oriented, leaving owner to point out over-spray, lack of sanding on stair railings, missed spots. Job would have been satisfactory for someone not particular about details. Was asked not to use owner's sink for washing brushes, but did not respect our wishes. When rushing into bathroom to Surreptitiously wash brushes in bathroom sink, he dripped varnish across the newly refinished floor. He did not notice, and it was tracked around the house.
