Disappointed in the whole interaction. They were the first to respond to my inquiry, but that was the only positive part of the experience. Justin, the field person, showed up several days later and was only on site for 10-15 min. When I inquired what was causing the well to not work, he said he thought it could be a shorted motor. However, he clearly was confident because the quote he gave me to fix the issue included the motor, and separate pump, the wiring and the motor controller. The quote took more than a week to receive (I actually thought that he decided not to even quote it), and then I received an invoice for his time to provide the quote. I will be looking elsewhere to get the well service work done.

My irrigation well pump died after 19 years of service. Since I bought the house 7 years ago and no one ever told me where the irrigation well was, All I could tell them was it didnt work any more. Jay came out and helped find the well which by itself took several days and several holes. Once we found it he worked quickly and professionally to confirm the pump was the problem and not anything else and then found a replacement that matched the specs of the original. Other well companies we called told us it would be weeks until they could even come look but these guys fit us in and saved our yard. Next time I need water well service I will call them first.

Repair person arrived basically as promised and seem to quickly find the problem. He then did the repairs and did several tests to ensure that everything worked properly.
