The Salesman claimed that they would match any price. We got a written price from another dealer. We went to their dealership and test road a car and showed them the written proposal from the other dealership. They would not match price saying we are Boulder, we don't need to match price because we are a better dealer! We walked out, they would not even negotiate or offer any options.

The alternator failed on our 2000 Nissan Maxima. We had it towed to Boulder Nissan on Wednesday 6/04/2014. They finally called us on Friday 6/06/2014 with a quote of $560.00 and said our car would be ready on Tuesday 6/10/2014. Not hearing from Boulder Nissan on Tuesday we called and were told our car would not be ready until Wednesday 6/11/2014. On Wednesday Boulder Nissan finally called and said our car was ready but the bill had ballooned to $691.00 with no other work done beyond replacing the alternator. Bottom line: We were without our vehicle for 7 days and the final cost was $130.00 above the original quote.

Went good considering Colorado had a flood during the time my auto was being worked on... They had limited mechanics and still were able to get my automobile finished.. As far as I know my auto is ok!



Have not had my car back long enough to know if it works well ... but the service was great!

After the work was performed I was advised to let the engine get "rougher" tan bring it back so they could look at it again. It seems they use trivial and error method of fixing problems. This costs extra time & money plus runs the risk of the car's engine being damaged in the process.

They have good service all the way around.

I had started hearing a loud whine from my clutch, especially when cold. I took it in and just by the description was told that the most likely problem was bearings in the clutch. This was the case and the problem was solved with a new clutch. I was given a quote beforehand and the work was done for that amount.
