Boulder Moving Services, LLC

This was a short notice service provided within 1 day of request. They drove from Boulder to Denver to pick up the items. Then they delivered them to our Boulder home. 3 men and a truck for 1.5 hours cost $165. They were on time, professional, and under what I budgeted for this task. They easily could have stretched this into 2 hours which I would have been glad to pay. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

Before I even hired them to do the work, I called and they gave me a very reasonable quote. During the phone call I specifically mentioned that I have a piano that I also needed moved. The representative I spoke with informed me that it would be no problem and they could do that at no extra charge. When the movers arrived they did not have the proper equipment with them to move the piano, and they told me that they could not do it. I called and spoke with the owner again, and he acted like he had no knowledge of the piano I needed moved. Eventually he said they would come and move it, but it would cost extra. I was extremely busy and needed it moved so I had no choice but to agree. They ended up charging me an additional $165. Also, when they moved my cabinet, they slid it across the floor in one room and I noticed 2 very large scratches after they left. When I mentioned this, they just told me to take care of it myself. The last thing that I was unhappy about was that they actually took an arm rest cover from one of my chairs. I called and informed them of this. They said they would return it, but they still have not done so to this day.
