I had to remove the floor in a bathroom and needed to know if there was asbestos in the material. I also have vermiculite insulation and was doing some serious remodeling. Chris took samples and sub-contracted with reliable testing companies. I received a complete report with levels and disposal options (insulation OK, floor, not so OK). This allowed me to complete the work safely and with a minimum of cost.
