BIG O TIRES

The TPS indicator light stayed on after they fixed the flat.  They told me to drive around a little bit and it would go off.  It did not so I went back.  
When I went back they said they can't do anything about it and I must go back to the dealer to be reset.  They said they have this problem with 2011 cars and newer. Are they saying they can't repair any tire on newer cars?  I think they don't want to dismount the tire and check the sensor.  
I also had the alignment done and it now pulls hard to the left much more than before the alignment.  
They did use floor mats, but left greasy hand prints on my door handle and car door.
I do know that this is a company owned store and is poorly manged.  I normally go to a franchise store on 120th in Broomfield and get much better service.  I would avoid this one at all cost.  

I did not have an over all good experience. The sales people were pretty aggressive about wanting to do other work on my car that they said was necessary, but when I asked another mechanic that I trust later on they said it wasn't so urgent. Anyway they seemed also intent on up selling me on tires I didn't want and when I didn't cave in they were miffed. When I came to get my car they were jerks about how they left it. They had the seat pushed as far back as possible and the guy who pulled up the parking break must have used all his force to stick it in the highest position. I had to practically blow a blood vessel in my forehead trying to get it undone. Jerks.

They showed me the damage to the tire to show that it needed to be replaced. They recommended that we replace two to prevent damage to the car from driving with different size tires. They were quick and professional.

I LOVE THIS STORE. THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL, AND VERY FRIENDLY. IF YOU HAVE BIG O TIRES ON YOUR CAR, THEY WILL ROTATE THEM FOR FREE. THEY WILL ALSO SWAP OUR REGULAR TIRES FOR SNOW TIRES AT NO CHARGE. ONLY DOWNSIDE IS, THEY DON'T TAKE APPOINTMENTS SO SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WAIT.
