Dave dropped the ball managing this job, was not truthful on time frames when he got back involved, and subbed out the tiling to a sub par novice. He did not take any responsibility for the incomplete, sloppy, hack work. He did not do a final meet with me so I could personally voice my concerns and show him what I had problems with. I had to finish the job and try and clean up the mess they had made.

The work began and stopped. It was never being managed and it took months for the job to be "completed". Overall this job was unprofessional, horribly sloppy, neglected, and Dave never took any responsibility for any of it. I work with contractors all the time and I have never had anyone do such a horrible job from start to finish.
