Everyone I saw in the store was courteous and helpful. The cabinet is just what I needed, and was delivered the following morning.
Description of Work: Looking for a used, 4-drawer, black filing cabinet, I called and spoke with Lowell Plum. He thought there were some in stock, and said he'd call me back after he checked inventory. 10 minutes later he called to say there were several I could look at, and he was holding the one in best condition for me. I went to the store, he showed me cabinets both with and without locks, and I chose one. The owner then suggested that I have it delivered for an additional $10, and I accepted.
