Aquacare took over on short notice after previous contractor was fired. Aquacare provided detailed estimate of work for corrections and remaining work to be done and began work after approval. Work moved slowly but steadily. Billing was periodic, broken down well and clearly described. Completed work required minor plumbing corrections to pass city permit inspection including reseating toilet on flange and removing uphill segment of waste pipe from new toilet.  Aquacare cheerfully paid the bill for licensed plumber to make this correction.

THEY WERE BUSY, BUT TRIED TO GET TO MY SPA BEFORE IT FROZE OR ANY WATER DAMAGE OCCURRED. THE REPAIRMAN WAS VERY FAIR AND TRIED TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE QUALITY OF MY SPA.
