The installation was very good. I did not have any qualms about the installation. I would not recommend this company. I found him to be unprofessional. We ordered a shingle based on what he said would look best on our home in terms of quality and color. My wife voiced a lot of concerns when he showed us the shingle as it had the color blue in it. He agreed with that. He said what he would get would not have this color. He tried to show us a more neutral looking shingle from his color. We kept telling him, we did not want the blue. We foolishly signed the contract. I was out of town when the shingles installed. My wife was busy with her business. When I got home, we noticed immediately the shingles were blue. We told him we were disappointed. He said he could spray paint them. We talked to the manufacturer who said this was not a good remedy. The last time he was here, he slammed the door. I tried to engage with him and try to come up with a solution. I am happy that we have a quality roof. I only have an issue with the color. I don't consider him a person to trust with a job like this. We were reluctant, but I signed the contract. After I signed the contract, he said, "Thankyou for putting your trust in me. You won't be disappointed." He assured us that we would be satisfied. I have kicked myself. We have a roof that does not look good. We have contracted a painter to change the color of our house as it is far cheaper than changing the shingles.
