Their workers always show up on time and get right to work.

Alejandra's provided our housecleaning services for many years, with occasional problems and issues such as breakage of irreplaceable items, doors left unlocked, poor quality, etc.  There were also issues of safety and security, such as snooping in medicines and putting broken glass in our garbage disposal.  We overlooked most of these until recently when the employee left a trash bag with rib bones in it in the kitchen while she was elsewhere in the house.  One of our dogs ingested an entire rack of rib bones and became very ill.  The employee was aware that this had happened, but failed to notify us or her supervisor, so the dog went several hours without medical attention and ended up spending two days at the veterinary hospital before being out of danger of needing surgery or dying.  The total bill came to over $500.  The owner of Alejandra's acknowledged their mistake and his intention of paying for the medical care.  However, he never paid anything, so we fired them.  It has now been six weeks and he has yet to pay anything and now refuses to return our house key or respond to our phone calls or emails.  At this point we wouldn't even press for the reimbursement of medical costs; we just want our house key returned so we don't have to rekey the house.

They worked about 3 hours (2 women) and there was dust balls and spider webs hanging off the walls, the windows or window sills had not been touched. They did a good job on the bathrooms. But for a cost of $284.88?? Outrageous!

They showed up on time, did a very good job and were reasonably priced. Person doing the work did not speak very good English, although that was not a problem for me as I speak Spanish.

Responsive, on time, and inexpensive, but I wasn't happy with the job. Also the cleaner worked alone and did not speak English. There was no way for me to communicate what cleaners to use for special items.

Did a thorough job in the time estimated. Polite and efficient. Arrived 15 minutes later than planned but it wasn't a big deal (Dan noted the late arrival and apologized.. no impact to service).

They were professional although arrived late. I would like to have seen them spend more time vacuuming the sofa and other upholstered furniture (other cleaners have done this in the past) and waxing the wood furniture (in addition to the dusting). I'd hire them again and just have them cover these other areas.

They were able to schedule me on short notice, which I appreciated. They showed up on time, and the woman did a wonderful job of cleaning-- much better than I could have done. She was a real professional; she made my home sparkle. She didn't speak English, as noted by a previous comment, but it wasn't a problem.

I have used this service for several years and have been happy with them for many reasons. They are available and flexible, courteous and value the job they do. The house is really clean when they finish. They will do a variety of jobs, or they will do a standard cleaning. I have used them to clean a garage and a shed. The carpet cleaning is fine and is very reasonable. Lately there is one employee who needs more training. This is very unusual for this company and supervision is always provided. Hopefully this will be resolved and the good quality will continue.

I have always been able to get in touch with Dan who runs the company with one phone call and he calls right back whenever I need to schedule another cleaning. He sends hard workers and they are all bonded. Great workers and very flexible in matching their schedules to mine. They are also much less expensive than other large cleaning services I have called.

I am very pleased with the cleaning service. The workers are meticulous and careful. Perhaps the only issue is that they speak Spanish and I don't. The supervisor is always available to translate my comments to the employees.
