Went fine. Would have preferred some scope of work flexibility to do more work than Groupon indicated for an additional service charge. Only were allowed to do the work outlined in the Groupon.

Very well! The technician was very knowledgeable and informative. He was quick and thorough, and happily answered all of our many random questions about the process and various insects/spiders in and around our home, and in the state.

I was pretty underwhelmed by their service. They charged us $65 to just come look around and offer some suggestions. I would have hoped that they would have applied the charges to any work that we chose to do but they did not.

Service was in June or July and I forget the exact cost.  Provider sprayed our house for wool moths.  He returned  few weeks later (cheerfully) at our request for follow up -

They are really good. They are really nice and will come back for free in between appointments if you have any bug problems. They are good about not raising their prices after you become a customer. We used two other exterminating services before them that we didn't like. Their price is inline.
