I strongly recommend people avoid this company. We feel like we got taken. Don't put yourself in the same position. A truly horrible experience from start to (still not finished) finish. Here is but a short list of the issues we faced. - We were told it would be a 1, maybe 2 day job. It took 4 just for the roof alone and then days later the gutters were still not done and no one had said a word - Our side and back yard were left a mess. Gutters left lying there, pieces of roof in the backyard, general debris, tools left behind. - Once the roof was "done" we noticed that 1) a bunch of flashing was just missing from the front dormer area and 2) they had knocked out our bathroom vent, and decked and roofed right over it, leaving us with no ventilation in our only bathroom. - When we tried to get a hold of our contact there it took 2 emails and 2 phone calls to even get him to call us back a week later. - They did damage to our front porch that still hasn't been addressed. - There was an old satellite dish on the roof that I didn't realize was there from when we bought it that is now just left dangling by a cable. Didn't remove it. Didn't put it back where it was. Left it precariously dangling. - No one had ever explained to us that the gutters would not happen at the same time as the roof. When pressed Brant basically said 'oops, I guess I forgot to mention that's a different team. I don't know when they can fit you in and I don't know when I'll know.' We're nearing 4 weeks from when the roof was done and still don't have gutters. - We were told someone would be by to add the flashing and fix the vent that was knocked out the next day, they did not come do the flashing for a week and the vent for a week and a half. - The gutter guy finally came by, got out of the truck, said 'oh, I don't have the right tools with me' and got back in the truck and left. When my husband called Brant back to ask about it Brant said, "No, the gutters got done yesterday." No Brant, we're looking at our house right now. There are no gutters. - The person who finally came to fix the vent came in and kept demanding to know where the laundry was and to fix the laundry vent and my husband had to convince him it was not the laundry vent it was the bathroom vent. (I think we would know, we've been without ventilation in the bathroom for a month.) He then got up on the roof to cut and flash the hole, came down said he was done but never actually reattached the vent! My husband had to go up in the attic to do it. All in all, when one is spending more than $17,000 on a service, the least I expect is communication. Don't lie to me and tell me it's a 1 day job when it's a 4. If you know the gutters won't be done for a month, at least have the courtesy to tell us that. Don't make us call you 3 days in a row before you call us back about the only ventilation in the only bathroom we have being carelessly knocked out. Don't tell us they'll be by the next day and have it be a week and a half. Communicate with your team. Communicate with us. Not that hard.

Great experience with them.  They were professional and responsible and handled all questions and issues without trying to run up costs.

The hail storms in 2014 took a serious toll on my roof and it had to be replaced. As a young first time homeowner i am not the most experienced guy when it comes to this stuff. I wasn't clear on all i needed to do so i wasn't making much progress on my own. Luckily i was referred to Great Roofing and Restoration by a good friend. I spoke to Brant Langdon who was thorough, knowledgeable and explained everything step by step. He walked me through his initial inspection, explained his findings and what that meant. The following week he accompanied the adjuster from my insurance company to help answer any questions and that's all it took. They helped me break down my out of pocket expenses (there ended up being none) and were very helpful with advice on what to do for my gutters, paint and windows which had been damaged as well. In all, the work was completed the same day and i was even able to upgrade my roof to impact resistant shingles which in turn helped me lower my insurance premium. I was very impressed with everyone i came into contact with at Great Roofing and Restoration including their office manager who was perfectly happy taking a call from me after hours because i couldn't call during the day. I would happily recommend their services to anyone.

Great Roofing far exceeded my expectations. My roof was leaking and they came out to inspect it. They were able to meet with the Claims Adjuster from my insurance company at my home to inspect the roof. In addition to the roof leaking Great Roofing noticed that a square of my siding was being pulled off by the wind and was able to get the Insurance company to replace that too. Since the siding was no longer available for purchase, Great Roofing worked with my insurance company to have the whole house resided along with the roof replacement all on one claim. Great Roofing was easy to work with and I found their staff to be very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to everyone and I would use them again myself without hesitation.

They did a terrible job, and then didn't honor their warranty.  I have contemplaited bringing a lawsuit against them, but I just don't have the mental energy to expend on one right now.  I also don't trust that they would sufficiently fix the many problems, either, since they couldn't install it correctly the first time.  It was worth it to me to pay a few thousand dollars to have a trusted contractor fix it properly.

I can't recommend Brant Langdon and his crew enough.  Extremely responsive, honest and professional.  I would absolutely use him and his services again in the future.  Of all of the roofers in our neighborhood after a catastrophic hail storm, Brandt was not pushy or trying to up-sell me on improvements.  Brandt worked directly with my insurance company and the entire process was seamless.
All the worked performed exceeded my expectations on quality, service and professionalism.

My experience was great! Brant Langdon was the supervisor on the job and was very professional and knowledgeable. Brant ran the crew and supervised the job being performed to ensure everthimg was done deligently, effieciently, and correctly. He led the crew and the installation was spectacular. His expertise and hard work resulted in a speedy job well done. The team was able to tear off and replace the roof in only one day including clean up. I was very pleased with the work and would recommend them for thier high quality and excellent service.

It went very smooth.  Each time we had an appointment, Brant was on time and very professional.  It was clear he knew what he was talking about.  He met with my adjuster and insurance approved my roof.  The job build was amazing.  They tore off the old roof and replaced the new one in one day!  So often you deal with contractors that have surprises involved.  These guys were efficient and communicated all the way through the process.  It was THE BEST experience I've personally ever had with a contractor.  I would strongly recommend Great Roofing and ask for Brant.  He's one of the owners and is very good at what he does.
