RICH IS A VERY FRIENDLY PERSONABLE, HARD WORKER. RICH DOES A GREAT JOB. RICH KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING AND IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND REASONABLE. HE ALWAYS HAS BEEN AVAILABLE WITH IN 24 HOURS TO WORK ON ANYTHING THAT SEEMS TO BE IN THE NEED FOR REPAIR.
