Mountain Country Plumbing and Heating

Over the course of one hour he replaced the heads controlling two zone valves that were not working in my home, controlling the heat for the upstairs and downstairs. The upstairs seems to be fixed but the downstairs living area is still not working. Even worse my hot water zone went out just a few hours after he left. Called him to discuss and was told to turn the heat higher and wait. Tried that and nothing happened, he won't answer calls or return messages. He does not accept credit cards (even though the listing says he does) and was paid $400 in cash, no receipt given. Have left two positive reviews for his work in the past but after this, I will never use this provider again!

He showed up on time, was very friendly to both me and my dog and did not try and sell me on anything. Professional work, would definitely use this company again in the future.

Was in a bind when I woke up in the middle of the night to a burst pipe. The pipe was a part of our radiant/boiler hydroponic heating system. Called around, and John with Mountain Country Plumbing and Heating was by far the most personable and worked hard to fit me in quickly. He never made me feel stupid, though I easily felt that way on my own merit.

Showed up, fixed the issue, and answered all my questions. Price was reasonable as well (believe me, he could've charged more and I'd have paid it for the quality of service). I think I found the company/guy I'll call everytime in the future if a similar issue arises.

He is extremely nice, attentive and stays until the job is complete. He did the job for 40% less than a big name plumbing company wanted for the exact same job. He even took the time to explain what other installers were busy doing on the rest of my home while he was working, could not be happier with his service.
