Wood Street Builders is a local family owned and operated remodeling company. We specialize in all areas of remodeling and can provide complete service for just about any project. Whether it be a simple tile installation to a completely new kitchen, we have the knowledge and expertise to give you what you want every time. Not only do our expertise lie within the building aspect, but we also have a great interior designer that can help put the finishing touches on any project. There is no job to big or to small because we take pride in them all.

All aspects of roofing and remodeling need, and also tile. Inspections, and services. We specialize in asphalt roofing, from basements to kitchens to additions and decks. If you have a project in mind, metal roofing, repairs and full replacements, we handle all types of remodeling, we handle it all. Outside of roofing, we have the resources to get it done. We also work with an interior designer to help navigate through all the selections on the large scale remodel.

the very first contact. I called to schedule an estimate, and the owner and
project manager came out to our house together within a few days.
We had several contractors bid this project, and Wood Street
Builders really stood out from the others for a few reasons: 1) They were very
knowledgeable about various options for decking, stains, and framing and could
discuss in detail the pros and cons of each one. 2) They contacted us with a
(very reasonable) quote in just a few days, while some other places took up to
2 weeks. 3) They invested time and effort in our project before we had even
committed to hiring them. For example, after coming to our home for the initial
estimate, they offered to meet with us at a lumber store to personally discuss
various options for construction material and railing styles. This was very
helpful, and made us feel confident in the construction decisions we were
making.
Working with Wood Street Builders was fantastic when the
construction started, as well. We had already selected the deck style we wanted
from a free website, which had provided us with very basic plans. Wood Street
Builders was able to work with the plans with no problem. They also suggested a
few changes that gave us the deck we wanted with more usable space as well as a
stronger, more stable frame.
The same 3 people worked on our deck from start to finish. Ron,
Luke, and David were very friendly and trustworthy. I felt perfectly comfortable
with them coming and going when we were not home, even to the extent that I
offered to leave a door unlocked so our restroom would be accessible.
When the deck was finished, the construction site was
cleaned up and left in perfect condition, no scraps or sawdust laying around. The
deck has been finished for a little bit under a month, and we are so happy with
the way it turned out. We get great use out of it, and are very impressed with
the workmanship.
I wholeheartedly recommend Wood Street Builders and plan to
contact them, myself, for future projects.
