She was very responsive, and also extremely helpful in referring other contractors for services outside her firm's scope of work. Suzanne's knowledge and long-term experience was invaluable in our assessing product quality, prioritizing home improvements, and scheduling of various contractors. When there was a problem, she fixed it. Her honesty and fun personality definitely reduced the stress of this stage of our home renovation. We would definitely hire them again.

It was fantastic, her guys moved all my furniture and were so careful with my valuables. They were a true joy to have around. The installation was quick and professionally done. And the price was 25% below other vendors I checked in the area! Initially, while shopping other flooring providers, I became so overwhelmed by the types and colors of carpet and tile. With Suzanne, she made the effort to come to the cabin and visit with me about my likes and dislikes. Then she gave me a handful of suggestions for each room, so I didn't have to think about all that. I mean, this is what she does everyday, so the selections were perfect. What's to think about? This is the go-to gal for flooring! I would recommend her highly.
