The name of the guy was Jim, he was very kind and polite, I haven't seen the results yet but I was glad they came within the time frame they said they will come, checked inside and outside of my house, sprayed some chemicals and set some traps, explained things and Benjamin responded to my emails quickly which is very nice...they didn't come to my house without prior appointment (someone did and I wasn't home I didn't even talked to them yet) I just wished their contract (1 year) is not made that way coz if forces you to pay for 5 services and if you cancel you still have to pay it with the added amount of the discounted price (well that's how it was explained to me by Jim coz) that's the only thing I don't like about it...I wish to see results before I can say ok I will continue with their services for a year and most probably use their services every year.

the technician that came to the house was very thorough. he explained everything and was very courteous and professional.

They came the very next day and were on time, a great value, set traps to get the rodent and they sprayed for bugs. Travis is the gentleman who performed the service and he should receive an award for his customer service and kindness while in my home. He is based in the Denver office so please pass the word back. We look forward to a pest and rodent free relationship with Edge Pest Control for a long time. Thanks!

Thorough, knowledgeable, and professional as they eradicated bed buds in our new home. Great guys to work with.

I signed a contract for 5 services back in July 2012 where they will do one service every 3 months. First of all, eventhough your contract is only for 5 services, after all services are completed the contract will continue unless you call in. When you call in, they can�t cancel your account immediately either. Their supervisor will call you a day or two later to cancel. For me, the problem happened after the cancellation. Their last service was performed on June 5 2013 and 1.5 months later, the spiders (big and small) came back again. I called them and ask them to honor their promise to come back and re-treat the affected areas as mentioned in the contract. But they said they would not do so unless I sign another contract. The funny thing was the first Edge customer service that I talked to confirmed that the product should work for at least 3 months. But she was not authorized to make the decision and therefore call the supervisor. The supervisor insisted that they would not do anything unless I signed a new contract. So, one person said one thing and the other would not care. So, buyer beware. Unless you want to keep paying them forever, stay away from this company. Their product is not as good as they claimed and they won�t even back up their promise.

We hired this pro for a Yellow Jacket problem and went ahead and signed up with there 1 year contract to get read of them. We were told the Yellow Jackets would die off in a few days. Well Come to find out we only had 3 days to cancel their contract and we were told to give it several days which went past their 3 day deadline. Since they were here my Dog has been stung twice and our Son once. They have not cured our problem and now they won't let us cancel their contract so were paying for something we don't need. I would not recommend this company to a friend very unsatisfied!

Was contacted promptly. The problem was discussed, a resolution was offered and executed. The technician arrived as agreed and performed all work exactly as recommended. Very pleased with the results.

These guys did a great job getting rid of bed bugs at a rental. They were great at communicating with the tenant, and there have been no signs of bed bugs since their second treatment. I will definitely use them again if I ever have another bed bug problem
