Saela Pest Control- Ft. Collins

I hired Saela for semi monthly spider and mice control. They promised if pests were a problem they would help at no charge since I had regular service. When I saw a mouse inside I called expecting removal service and closing r try points to be included. Instead they said I had an â infestationâ in the attic and tried to sell me $18000 renovation project to replace all insulation in the attic. They took photos of mice in traps telling he they were â freshâ and the infestation in the attic was current. The indie tor didnâ t even remove the trapped mice. He gave me a hard sell but I asked him to leave. The next day I had a second opinion and we discovered the mice he said was â freshâ and â recentâ were actually mummified from months ago. And the insulation was not destroyed and the mice in the attic was from the past. The hard sell of $18000 was a scam. Then when I called to cancel they insisted I was locked into a contract. I eventually got them to cancel but Iâ d tell anyone to run from this company. They are not honest.

The contract is very deceptive and deceitful. They charge for services they do without your permission and after your contract expires then they try and argue it is in your contract to continue unless you speak to a specific Manager. Run. There are many other honest companies to choose from.

They call before their quarterly visits do the work without having to babysit them and inform you of any potential problems I've never had anyone with the professional image they have just great people

The service technician went into my crawl space this time since their are still many spiders in my lower level. I appreciated that very much and think treating that area will help a lot.

Today was my first service. Anyone lucky enough to get Brice for their technician will be happy! He explained all the services and took care of my wasp problem. He called 15-20 minutes before arrival (I greatly appreciate that, working from home) and was right on time. Very happy!

They did an outstanding job! They sprayed the entire house and the surrounding areas, for bugs,spiders, and insects. I'm very happy with this service!

Their re-service option is fantastic! I had them come spray specifically to spray spiderwebs and then again just for a yellow jacket nest. Both times were outside of the regular service and there was no extra charge. And the woman that sprayed for yellow jackets was the bravest ever! She stayed at it until they were gone! The experience was very good. The two men providing the servie were prefessional, courteous and effecient. They did a good job.

The retreat was done at no cost. The wasps appeared after a recent treatment and Edge always will follow up with retreatment if something does not turn out as well as expected. It is an excellent reason to use Edge since their attention to customer satisfaction is far better than most companies. Thank you Edge!
