When the service started I asked for a hard copy of my contract. It was never sent. When I first contacted edge pest-control, they told me that there would be three visits and if I terminated the contract before those three visits, I would have to pay a penalty.There was absolutely nothing in the contract that stated anything regarding extended sessions. Their work consisted of nothing more than sitting out a few wood mousetraps and outdoor feeding stations. I eradicated the entire mouse problem myself with no further help from them. Horrible company. I wonder about Home Advisor support.

Very expedient. Next day service. 24 hour solutions to problems. My wife is happy and no longer concerned about mice running around our home.

They were so fast responding, I did not have time to "dial" their number on my phone, since they called me immediately. Faster than Jimmy Johns. The tech came out and educated me about the voles eating my plant root systems, and set out bait stations. Great service.

Very professional and well managed company. Very friendly service representatives. Answered all my questions. I was scared to hire just anyone but took a chance on this recommendation and we love this company and will recommend them to family.

Horrible experience. The past two appointments have been NO CALL NO SHOWS. Both times that I spoke to someone afterwards they told me something different from the previous person. Telling me that both times, someone in the office lied about what they were going to do. Awful. When they do show up, they do decent work, though.

They were on time, efficient and did their work. Even though they had the wrong spelling of my street. I even spelled it twice over the phone when making the appointment, knowing companies put "Harbor" NOT "Arbor" as it should be. Of course it took about 2 and a half days for the "Whatever" type bees to go away from under my gutter, and a second treatment, but they are moved to somewhere else since I see them close to my fence when outside with my dog. I have no idea where they live now. The ants I haven't seen Thankful things have been changed for the better.

We are very pleased with the service that Edge has provided. So far we have had the first 2 initial services done and both times they notified us a few days in advance and with in 15-30 minutes of arriving. The first visit someone was home but we felt comfortable enough the second visit we didn't have to be there. The customer service is wonderful and we will be recommending them!
