They were very good and answer questions we had and did a great job.

We had spiders all over our house and they were able to get me scheduled in less than a day. Pricing was fair and the service was top notch. I Have them on a contract now. Additioanl comments: I had an issue with billing and the company was not very understanding and accomodating. I was sent to collections and tried to work with Edge to resolve issue. I will have to find another vendor now because of the way they handled to situation.

We got stuck in a 2 year contract-- I tried to cancel the services, but was told that I would have to pay a rather steep penalty to discontinue service-- so they are still providing services for us because I'd rather get something for my money rather than just pay a penalty....be aware of their contract details!!!!

I have had a total of 4 different technicians and everyone of the techs were awesome.

Two men came who were professional, sincere, and polite. They explained all the work they did and why. They encouraged me to call if the problem worsened. They did a super job!

I had a wasp problem. They made me sign a 1 year/quarterly contract to spray for them. If wasps returned, they would come back before the next quarter to respray. It never really fixed the problem -- just lessened it. After my 1 year was up, I called to cancel contract. Customer service rep said he couldn't do it. He transferred me to his manager, who badgered me to try to get me to stay. A total nightmare. Also, I once forgot to unlock back gate on one of my quarterly sprays. I talked to the serviceman 20 minutes before he got to the house and told him to just jump the fence. He said no problem! When I got home from work, I had the nice $110 receipt with an added note that they couldn't get in the back gate, so they just sprayed around my front door. $110 for a 2 minute job!!!! I don't have a Masters in Math, but that's $3300/hour! I'll hire someone else. By the way... After $500, I still have wasps.

Edge Pest control provides outstanding and efficient service controlling all the rodents (voles, gophers, and mice) as well as insects and spiders. Edge responds with short notice requests for service without any hesitation. We've used Edge for nearly two years without any rodents in our basement and outside storage units.

Everything about the service was top rate. The initial customer contact was good; timely and informative. The on site treatment was prompt and thorough. We're waiting for the 2nd and 3rd treatments so see final results but up to now we've been very satisfied.
