Very affordable. They came out to treat and take care of my problem! We had an annual service done and if we had a problem before our next visit, they would come back out to get the issue taken care of. Great customer service and provided excellent knowledge to use in the future.

Took advantage of a senior with the signing of a contract. I was over sold. You do not need service every 5 weeks, every quarter is fine. They come out and you sign an electronic a tablet with your finger, and never receive a complete contract to sit and read, before signing.

They are continuing the job still because you have to sign a contract for a minimum of 1 year. I am not real fond of that but they seem to be doing a good job, but I look forward to when spring and summer comes back to see if the insect control is working like I hope. They also have techs who are very nice and seem to know what they are doing. Hopefully, it works out.

Service was fine, it was performed on 10/28, I gave a check at the time of service. Within 3 days, I received a letter stating "if I had not paid my past due balance they were going to send me to collections." So I called them and told them that I gave the gentlemen the check and they said "OK" and ignored that notice. And then on November 7th, I received another letter stating "if I don't pay the balance, I will be sent to collections", and they cased the check. The check cleared my back on the 7th of November. If this is the way they do business, I would not want to do business with them.

I hired them because they seemed the most knowledgeable. I was impressed with the salesperson. Unfortunately the technician spent about 30 minutes putting down traps inside and didn't even address the issue with the voles in my yard; something that I discussed with the salesperson. He also didn't go into the basement where I had also seen evidence of mice. Since it was in the three day time frame, I was able to cancel the contract. Perhaps I just got a technician who was too much in a hurry. I don't know but I wouldn't recommend them.

I had just moved into my brand new beautiful home, and soon after realized I had mice (or mouse). There was evidence that one or more had been in my toaster and all over my gorgeous quartz countertops. YuK! So I got ahold of EDGE, thru Home Advisor, and they came later the same day. They placed a variety of traps in and around my home and within 12 hours the mouse was dead, and the rest have stayed away! Thanks to effective action by EDGE Pest Control, my mouse problem was resolved quickly; and they sprayed for bugs too. They use a “very safe for pets and humans” bug spray, so I won’t be dealing with them either! Feeling much better now, and I can proceed with getting settled in my new home; thank you EDGE!
