I've had this company for many years now. Mostly for wasp and spider control. They only do the outside and I never have a spider or bug on the inside!

Weâ ve used Edge for several yeas. Last year for the first time we added mosquito control. We were frankly skeptical because they can fly in from outside our yard but we gave it a try. To our great satisfaction, it was VERY effective. We can sit outside on our porch on a summer evening and not get bitten. For all sprays, we get an email a day or so in advance and a knock on he door when they arrive. Theyâ re always courteous and we donâ t have a bug problem anymore including wasps nesting on the house or mosquitoes.

We would like to be contacted when our appointment is coming up as the last 2 times we werenâ  t home and Edge couldnâ  t complete the service as the garage was closed and the back gate locked. A text or email would be good as we could reschedule if we knew we couldnâ  t be home to open the gate and garage.

I wish everyone could be like the gentleman that did the service for me. He was very insightful and knowledgeable about his profession. He went the extra mail for my pets and ensuring there food and water bowled did not become contaminated. I highly recommend him.

It really appreciate that each time they are here to do upkeep, they let me know of any potential issues that could lead to more of a problem. They are professional, understanding, non-judgemental, and curtious. I also love that they provide more pet & environmentally friendly products.

The Edge Techs are all fine; professional, friendly, reliable. The heads up phone call from Edge is appreciated and so is the call from the tech that he/she is on his/her way. For the quarterly service that we just had, the increase in rate for the service was a surprise. Doing the service first with an increased rate and then immediately charging my credit card without previously warning me, the customer, is unethical. For this reason I give Edge the rating of 1 Star!
