Very professional & customer service oriented. They promptly scheduled a service call for my wasp problem. Since this was the first attempt to solve my issue I will evaluate going forward. Overall I'm enpressed good experience so far.

This company says whatever they need to say to get your service but the minute you have a problem and you are dissatisfied with their service they can find 1 million reasons not to show up and not come back out and re-service your home. When I initially signed up I got a same-day service on a Saturday at 7 o'clock in the morning now less than seven days later that I need to be reserviced again now no one's available!! They are booked all weekend they're not able to come out to my home this place is awful buyer beware buyer beware believe me the money at orkin is worth the investment because they do the job correctly the first time. Tyson (manager), Lindsey (customer service rep) are both awful awful awful!! Ross ( initially signed me up) Made all the promises in the world now that it's time to for fill those promises no one can do it. The site clearly says service guarantee 24 service available that is a lie!!!!!!!!!!

Hired Edge Pest Control to handle a vole problem. When selling their service they assured me that four services over the course of one year would take care of the problem. After three services the problem is worse than ever. When I called to cancel they informed me I was still under contract for one more service, that they do not offer a guarantee and that it is common for the problem to persist despite their services. Funny how they didn't mention that when selling the service.

Very professional, and showed up on time. The price was a little high, but if it keeps the wasps and insects out of our house it will be worth it.

Our technician, Patrick, came out on a Saturday to deal with a spider infestation in my basement. He came and explained everything, what my issue was, what his fix would do how it would work, how long it would last etc. We signed up for the 2 year plan and it was a great price too. This company and their employees are top notch!

They call to let me know that they where on there way and what time they were going to be there and he was on time .

I was able to get help with my pest issue the same day I made the call. The gentleman, Brian and Delvin where very knowledgeable and helpful in catching mice. They also sprayed the outside of my home for spiders etc and fixed some holes on the outside of my home that possibly caused this pest problem.

Came early which is always appreciated when the appt is in the late afternoon! Only concern I would mention is that I had told them my main issue was hearing activity (mice) in the attic, and they came without a ladder (tech said they were not allowed to have them). Not all attics have stairs to them, so I had to dig my ladder out for them to use.

It comes with a warranty and it is for a year of general service. The cost was easier to absorb and also allowed for us to pay over time.

I really will not know until the summer if they have treated my problem which was with wasps. I had a bad experience with one of their workers who stated they had completed the work while I was not at home but had not done so as my mother could attest to this. When I called to follow up with him, he hung up in my face. To the company's credit they went back to complete the work and discipline the worker immediately.
