The tech called me and showed up early. Explained the services they were providing and did an excellent job with both rodent and insect control.

The tech showed up at the time she said she'd arrive. She thoroughly looked at the areas of probable infestation and efficiently placed traps etc.

Edge was very efficient and took care of the problems I had. They are priced right. I do wish I would have read the good and bad comments first. I was shocked by some of the problems customers had in cancelling the service after the 9 required services. I hope they have that straightened out if I ever need to cancel.

They removed an active hive from my garage and made everything very easy. The follow up has been great and I am still pest-free!

Good experience - was able to get a lot of hornet nests removed from a new home before moving in.

I hired them to remove some wasps on Saturday and they talked me into a 2 year contract. I called them on Wed to cancel the contract and they refused. I asked to have a manager call me back and no one has responded.

Its a good company and they are happy to work with you on your schedule.

He were prompt and seemed to know what he was talking ab out and was polite and thorough.

Would like them to be more diligent with inside. That being said, we haven't seen a mouse in months, including the winter. Last year we had a swarm. Family is happy with results.

Not sure if first treatment worked yet. Will check back in a couple of weeks. Brendan was great

Check for rodents in attic. Tech did not go into the attic but poked his head up and shined his flashlight. Had to tell him to turn around and look at the other side. He found no signs of anything. A few days later, got a high-pressure call to come out and set traps as well as ongoing service. Tried to get a word in edgewise several times before finally yelling STOP three times. Told him since his tech didn't find any signs of anything to trap, there was no need. His tone changed immediately and he was none too pleased. Told him that if I heard anything else in the attic within the month I'd call back, but I most likely won't.

Very Professional

We hired them for a mouse issue, and the guy was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly identify how they were getting into the home, and within 24 hours our immediate issue was taken care of. We also did 1 year worth of maintenance, and they have been prompt and friendly for each quarterly visit.

Decent service, showed up on time, professional.

This company has a horrible booking service. I had hired this company for a couple of services, and then when I made known that the service was no longer needed, they continued to come out and do unmerited outdoor work. And then wanted to charge me for a full amount, in spite of not having doing work inside of the house. However in spite of us finally resolving that matter, they then resent someone to my house again unrequested, and again just an outdoor spray, and then however want to charge me a full amount, to include numerous and numerous phone calls requesting payment. This company has been a nightmare to get rid of. I advise staying away from them. Not worth the hassle
