I love that I get an email to let me know a few days in advance and a call when they’re on the way. They are friendly and professional. I rarely see any pests and know that they’ll come back out to treat any problems.

Tyler adjusted his schedule and called me with a 15 minute window. Tyler arrived on the early side of the timeframe and went right to work, focusing on a live mouse that had just entered our basement after it was stuck in a window well. Tyler set a trap and explained in detail what to be on the lookout for in the next 24-48 hours. Thank you Tyler for your outstanding customer service, promptness, and advice.

I used Edge in the past and discontinued their service in 2019. i just restarted my service with them this week. I've had my first application. They are supposed to return in 4 weeks for the 2nd application and then every 12 weeks, scheduled. This review can only reference the customer service and the first application experience. But so far, so good.

We are generally satisfied with the service and the techs that provide the service. We have had a few scheduling problems which were taken care of.

It has been so nice to sit on my deck and not be dealing with wasps. They were not only bothering me on the deck, but they were getting under my shutters. I have not had any problems since I contracted with Edge. They not only have taken care of the wasp problem I had for many years, but have also gotten rid of the spiders. I am very happy with their service!
