Steer clear! Started with the sales guy being untrue to me about what is included in my initial visit. They tried charging an extra $800 to seal entry points in my house, even though sealing entry points was supposedly included in the $350 I had already paid. Also said they use nothing but pet safe traps. The tech laid 99cent snap traps out in the open where my dogs were walking around. The final straw was when the tech FORGED MY SIGNATURE on 2 documents!!! Luckily their call center employees were very accommodating, they apologized profusely and refunded my money.

Prompt service with excellent results. Will return between regular service w/out any questions & are very efficient in handling any new issues that may arise.
