The guys who did the work were very accommodating. They answered all my questions.

I have used other pest control devices but Edge has had the best customer service, both on the phone as well as the service agents.

After finding a bed bug I was horrified! I was super relieved that I was able to actually speak with a bed bug expert directly. He answered all my questions and had someone out to assess the situation and do a first treatment. Alex was super nice and did an amazing job! I will definitely rest easy tonight! I would absolutely use this company again.

I am very upset. When I returned home at 8:00pm from the hospital visiting my very sick wife I let my dog out as she was in the house for 6 hours. To my horror your personnel left the gate open on the street open and she got out. I never use this gate and had it secured so it couldn't be used. I spent the next 4 hours looking for my dog and finally found her. with the help of my neighbors.
