Alex was our service provider this visit. He communicates professionally and respectfully, demonstrated thoroughness in his work as well as respectful of the companyâ s protocols for both protecting client and self (masks, booties over shoes). I knew when he was arriving, both from the companyâ s schedulerâ s message five days prior and the call from Alex himself as he was headed to our home. Truly pleased!!

The tech did a thorough job with everything we requested, and He was timely. There was a small issue with customer svc when we cancelled our appt due to March blizzard at our city. the agent insisted that we make another appt too soon after the storm and the tech would evaluate whether to spray or inot We said no, we wanted spraying done after snow melted. She finally gave in. Agents are too pushy!!
