First service, so hope it continues, very satisfied we have a big yard and they didn't charge more.

Kevin completed the service and stopped to tell us exactly what he'd done and where the application was accomplished. Very clear and complete outbrief of the service.

They got rid of the fleas after three treatments. Then you are stuck with six more months of payments no matter what. Good work but why would you charge so much after the job is done?

I have been a long-time customer of Edge Pest Control and this year added on the Mosquito service, we have been less than satisfied. I have called in and left voicemails asking for the service to be re-applied. It has got to the point that sitting outside with family and friends is not enjoyable, The other services that I have had through them have been great and they come out when requested when there is an issue.

He went way above and beyond to provide the absolute best experience and provide us with as many helpful options as possible. He is a leader, who gets things done cheerfully and accurately while maintaining an available and adaptable stance. Mitch was the technician who arrived. He was very helpful and did a great job addressing my concerns. And he said I could call him directly if I had any further problems, instead of calling the call center just to wait interminably on hold.

Tech that came to the house today was super professional!! Explained process throughly, he also was knowledgeable regarding the product he applied. We are in the middle of a remodel and he worked seamlessly around the other tradesmen. They also spoke highly of his demeanor upon his departure. Hoping we get the same tech next visit.
