Radon Reduction, Radon Detection
How did it go? on average, not very good!!!
I contacted Larry Owens (owner of Land J inspections) to give me a bid on a radon mitigation system. He showed up on time, appeared to know what he was doing, spoke with knowledge of what needed to be done.
He took all the information down and agreed to give me a bid within that week to meet the deadline we had with our general contractor. That was the last we heard from him!
I called him three (3) times and emailed him twice (2) and NEVER received a response. This forced me to scramble and find another provider for this service.
I would NEVER call on this guy again and will ALWAYS recommend people to NEVER use him. His behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Larry Owens (the owner/inspector) was Amazing. I called him on a Thursday to see how soon he could get in, and he got us in on Saturday. Since we wanted a Radon test, he had to get access to the house That Night, and worked with our real estate agent to do so. He was on time that Saturday morning and did such a thurough job inspecting our home.
My husband followed him around as he did it, and Larry explained everything about the house we were about to buy. We feel very confident that Larry missed nothing, as he crawled around in crawl spaces, the attic, on the roof, in that basement: everywhere.
We WILL be using him in the future.
