Canyon Mechanical answered my call promptly, scheduled work to start the same day, and completed the job promptly the next day after determining what parts were needed. I've used Canyon Mechanical in the past for furnace cleaning/inspection/repair, and for minor repair to the natural gas lines in my older house. They have always been prompt and professional, and have always done a thorough job, without trying to upsell unneeded services. Regular cleaning has kept my furnace running trouble-free.

Unfortunately my experience with Canyon Mechanical was not good. After partially completing a job at my house, they started billing me as though the job had been completed. I called them, and they said they would come out and finish the job, but they never showed. This happened twice. Even in the end, after we reached a deal where I would pay a reduced amount and they would send me a "paid in full" receipt, I did my part and they never did theirs. Very unprofessional!

Jason arrived to our house last Friday April 19th, ordered the motor for the heater furnace and installed it today April 22nd without any problems or extra costs. He gave us an estimate at the first visit and it was the same total after work was done. Helps to know an approx to be able to budget for such a repair.

In the past we have been very happy with them. However, last week they sent out a different service technician and I'm not sure he's their best technician. We haven't had any problems yet. I think their prices are average. I will probably continue using them because they have serviced our unit since the house was built.

I spent about $200. They were great. My brother and I bought my dad’s house about seven years ago. My dad had bought the house about 15 to 18 years ago and Canyon Mechanical was the one who had put in the air conditioning system. So, my dad told us to use them and we have been using them for many years now. They have always been pretty good. It is easy to set up a time and date. They come in and do their work. It doesn’t really take too long because they know what they are doing. We have had good luck with them. My sister used to live here for a while along with her little kids. The system wasn’t working during one winter and it was cold. So, they came out the next day. They were here bright and early. Their price is pretty good, but I don’t know that much about the furnace and air conditioning systems. They have always been pretty reasonable as far as I know. They do a good job when they come in and keep their shoes off if we ask them to. They were here early morning last time and they turned the lights off when they were done, which I thought was amazing. When there was a need, they showed up early the next day. We scheduled for the next afternoon. They are up there when it comes to their punctuality. They have a time and they either call you a few minutes before that time to let you know that they are on their way or if they are very close. So, they are never late. They are really nice. They have always been pleasant. We have been using them for years and we would use their services in the future too.
