It was actually fun! Jeff and his entire crew are professionals of the highest order. They helped immensely in all decision making processes. And they built the most perfect, beautiful, livable home we had dreamed of for years...now it is our reality!

Everything was amazing. Any issues, which came up, he he took care of - at no additional cost. Level of integrity was amazing!

They were fantastic to work with!! Jeff came by right away to give us a quote and even drafted an idea of what we wanted right away. We had gotten three quotes from local builders and he was by far the easiest to talk to and wanted to do what made us happy. After we hired him, he drew up a contract with four payment times throuout the span project and he never went over budget. We were called anytime there were questions about any part of the project. The workspace was cleaned up each day and the workers all went in and out through the side window so they wouldn't disturb our family. From start to finish Black pine Builders was fantastic to work with.

It was an absolutely great experience. Jeff showed up and saturday down with my wife and I and went over our wants and concert before he even looked at the basement. He asked us what our number one priority was, and we said quality. Jeff and his team gave us that and so much more. I have called Jeff to get his opinion and help on other things and it is alway a great feeling knowing that you know a person that truly cares about his clients. when you hire Jeff it is like you have just made a friend for life. I will always call Jeff for his help first. A+ in my book

Jeff was easy to work with.  From the start, he came in to understand everything that we wanted to do and then provided a quote that we considered reasonable.  Given our limited budget, we had a number of back-and-forth discussions regarding the layout an settled on what work would go into this first phase.  We decided to put in the structure for the basement, but hold off on flooring and replacing the stairs for second phase.  Jeff did great at adjusting his quote as we made our decisions and we settled on a price that fit nicely into our budget.

He did all of the work with the city to make sure the basement was finished to code, from submitting the plan to the city to have the proper inspections done on site.  The first day of construction, Jeff was at the house by 8am and started in on moving materials and beginning the layout.  He would come in by 8am each day and stay until 3pm, discussing with us beforehand if he needed to stay later.  As the construction was done, adjustments had to be made, but he always informed us and asked for our input on how the adjustments would be carried out.  He did the framing himself and subcontracted the plumbing, electrical, and dry walling, but was very good at getting them lined up ahead of time, getting them onsite when needed, and making sure the work was done correctly.  The work was completed in 8 weeks and fit with the timeline that Jeff originally quoted us. 

My family is very happy with the work that Jeff did and would highly recommend him to our friends and family.

Project will probably be finished before schedule as much as he get's done in a day. He is a professional. We are so far very happy with his work.
