We just moved into a new house and when I tried to connect the washer/dryer, I found out the plug on the wall did not fit my appliance. I called Arco after we finished moving (now renamed Sierra Vista) and the owner said he could come out that evening if I needed. Since I was going to be home later in the week, we made arrangements for him to arrive at 3:00 pm. The day came and he didn't show up by 3:30 so I called him and he said he had left a message at my work (where I called from) that he was going to be late (his van was having some problems). Cell phone technology strikes by saving the caller number. They showed up a couple minutes later and were ready to replace the appliance cord when he figured out that the plug was for a range and not the standard dryer plug. He went back to his office to get the proper receptacle and replaced the plug. Everything works now. He was very friendly and professional and the cost was in line with what I thought it would be. He even put on booties to protect our carpet. He also diagnosed and fixed my garbage disposal at no cost!

ARCO ELECTRIC WAS QUICK TO RESPOND TO MY CALL. THEY CAME OUT ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON. HE WAS ABLE TO DO REPAIRS, BUT IT TOOK 2 DAYS. HE DID A GREAT JOB.
