It was very fine. They were on time. I didn't even really have to be here. They came and took care of their business. It worked out well. I have had conversations with the owner Kevin several times on different issues. He has always been very responsive and very professional. It was a scheduled event. They showed up at the scheduled time. They were here for may be half an hour.

It went great.  Kevin was very quick to respond to our request for an estimate and to visit about what we wanted.  Since we liked his ideas for improvements and  making our waterfall maintenance much simpler, we scheduled the work for about a week and a half after our initial meeting.  Kevin and crew showed up as they promised and got the work done in one day.  He stayed in touch with us throughout the day with questions that came up.  We would highly recommend Aquascapes for any work!

Squeezed in an appt for me during a really busy time for them, and still worked around my schedule. Fast, friendly, and professional. Did a great job. Will be calling them again for sprinkler work in the spring.

We've been happy with them in the past, but this year the price increased 30% and workmanship was poor. A call to the owner asking for a re-visit was dealt with unprofessionally. Won't use again.

Overall, it went very well.  They were very friendly, professional, and always kept us informed as to timing and delays (i.e. there was a rain delay with another job that pushed our job a couple of days - not a problem since they kindly kept us informed).  They were very honest about our sprinkler options, allowing us to ask as many questions as needed.   Even a couple of late arrivals wasn't really an issue.  The price was high, but we knew it would be with a complete overall and installation.
