The provider took the furnace apart, took the motor off, quoted a high price of the repair, and never called or came back to finish the job. Got paid $150.00 for 15 minutes of work taking the furnace apart.

"The customer was charge a service call of $95 and not a $150.00 was informed that the motor was bad and need to be replaced. He was given a price on the replacement and did not want to proceed that is why he was charge a service call of $95.00 not a $150.00. Work was preform on 12/31/14 was paid by check for $95.00."

Arrived on the date promised, installed the furnace, but forgot to light the pilot lights after finished. Called them, they came immediately and fixed the problem.

Terry had fixed a gas leak in my furnace in my old condo, and cleaned and serviced my furnace as well, for about $80. Very reasonable and he was quick to come out and schedule. I moved into a new house and the furnace was turning on and off. I didn't have Terry service it when we moved in because the previous owner had had it done. But I called Terry to see if he could come out. It was Sunday so I was prepared to just leave a message but he answered the phone and walked me through what I could do myself to fix it! And I did. I would have had to take off work, go a day and night without heat and pay him a service call fee. How awesome is he?
