Indoor Air Quality Testing
I suppose I'm a natural skeptic, but in the case of air quality I was expecting to get a huge list of things I need to buy & fix. I mean if I can't see the problems with my own eyes, what would stop someone from just trying to make a bunch of money off of me, right? I hired Rich with Breathe Clean Colorado to do the testing & I was very happy with that choice. Our test happened to come back looking pretty darn good & he made some recommendations on how to simply, affordably make it even better on our own. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others looking for an honest & professional inspection.

I hired Richard Kaplan who is the principal for Brickkicker of Northern Colorado located in Bellvue CO and my experience with Richard exceeded my highest expectations. He inspected a roof along with other exterior work for a home I own in Greeley Colorado and provided detailed reports discussing the numerous problems with the installation with reference to roofing installation guidelines. He worked closely with the roofing company I selected for the replacement roof and created an additional report for the poor installation. I used Richard as an expert witness in my court case and his reports and testimony were the primary reason I prevailed in my trial. Richard is a competent professional who is delightful to work with. I worked with him for several weeks and he was always available to assist as needed. He truly assumed an ownership interest in my problem. I would highly recommend Richard to others and for sure he sets a whole new standard in this industry.

Our daughter is buying her first home and we were concerned for her safety as the house she fell in love with was built in 1904. Rich did a roof inspection and explained everything that he found. It turns out that all the issues were cosmetic but that the roof structure was sound and watertight. He even made a few suggestions about maintenance that will help her going forward. Rich was professional, courteous and we enjoyed working with him.

Did my home work and after all the investigating Brickkicker had the highest marks. Even though his cost is higher than most, Rich uses the most up todate equipment (which you want to get a correct reading) He is courteous, friendly, and most importantly knowledgeable. I worked with Richard Kaplan at Brickkicker. Right off the bat he gave me a call right after I scheduled online even though it was 7:30 at night. He was super up front and honest with me. He showed up early and got the busy stuff done and then walked me through all the little details and was very informative. Would defiantly recommend!

Very pleasant experience. I sensed the Home Inspector was very knowledgeable. He gave me a lot of insight with respect to potential issues with the home I was purchasing. I am not a Construction or Trade-savvy person. However, the Inspector was very helpful & thorough in explaining things to me. I'm very pleased as he found an issue that I think others may have missed (which saved me money because the seller fixed it for my wife & I). This was our second home purchase, and by comparison to the first time we bought -this Company gave top-notch service and made life a lot easier (whereas the first time we bought I felt the Home Inspector hurried and missed a couple things that I wound-up having to fix post purchase). *Four* very enthusiastic thumbs-up for this company!
