My furnace had been giving an error code. I contacted Mr. Troutman after seeing him on this website. He was accommodating and was able to service and clean my furnace to get it working again.

My furnace was not operating properly, switching on and off, pilot going out. I called a couple other people before calling Mr. Troutman on a Friday afternoon. I told him it was not an emergency and it could wait until the following week. He said he would call Monday morning. He did and made an appointment. Showed up on time. He was friendly, professional, and neat. He quickly diagnosed the problems and asked if I wanted him to replace the thermostat or if I wanted to do it myself. I asked him to do it. I found his prices reasonable, his work excellent and would heartily recommend him.
