Service guy had necessary equipment and he knew how to use it. He was very experienced.

Technician arrived (it was a weekend so it was higher hourly rate) at agreed to time. The tech stated that they often made enemies working on this type of unit. I tried twice to explain a specific issue that I had and was interrupted by the tech and gave up. He replaced the thermocouple and thermopile and the unit still was not working properly so he left.
I then called another company that was the local rep for the brand of heating unit (my mistake in not doing so at the start). The tech came and because of the other work, replaced a major part. It seemed to work, but soon began having the same problem. That tech returned and diagnosed the problem and fixed an electrical issue and the unit has worked perfectly since.
I called Fahrenheit and told the owner that I wasn't very pleased with the service I received as I paid extra for weekend service and the problem wasn't fixed. He said he'd talk to the technician and call me back. I hadn't heard back in 2 weeks so I called and left a message and have never heard back.
