Danielle's windows is a family owned business. At the time of the estimate, both owners arrived and provided detailed info as to how the windows would be replaced and installed. Meticulous measurements were taken. Danielle was very helpful in selecting colors and understanding our goals for the contemporary style we were trying to achieve. Mike brought a wealth of technical information along on the initial visit to make sure our expectations were addressed. The windows were delivered ahead of schedule. Within two days of window delivery, the job was completed. Each window and slider installed was very carefully installed and checked for functionality. The caulking around each window was neatly installed. [Side Note: On a previous home owned in Modesto, we contacted a different Window Installation Company. After installation, the caulking job around the windows was terrible. (Smears and very poor workmanship). After installation, we had to have the company return several times due to leaks and improper operation of the window)] Dannielle's Windows did an excellent job of clean up immediately after installation. Each window was cleaned to perfection and the job was completed well ahead of the time frame indicated. A few months later, we noticed a slider screen had a slit at the bottom that wasn't noticed at time of installation. I contacted Danielle's Windows and a new slider was immediately ordered and scheduled for installation. We have new window installation planned for our garage/workshop. I will not hesitate to contact Danielle's Windows for these replacements. Both Danielle and Mike, along with their daughter Haley, were excellent to work with. This is a family business who takes pride in their work and are very honest. The product was and is high quality. The windows were installed about 3 years ago and their performance has been flawless. The installation was flawless. I have had absolutely 0 problems. I am very, very satisfied.

Love the windows. However, once the contract was signed, I had difficulty communicating with the owner. We had a dispute over the PG&E rebate, but I finally received it after many phone calls. Once the contract was signed, I never saw the owner again and she never checked the work.
