My spoke broke and it was a specialized wheel. They not only had the specialized spokes there (without needing to order them in), but they said they would fix it right there and then. Twenty minutes later, my wheel was fixed and I was back on the trail!
I purchased my Moots road bike from them. Joel measured me up and had the company customize a frame for a very low cost to ensure that the bike was a perfect FIT as he knew that I was in between standard sizes. It's the best bike I've ever ridden.
My friend was visiting from Southern California and was looking for a new bike. Jesse found the perfect carbon BMC bike hanging there in their inventory. He let us ride it around the neighborhood and then had Joel check the fit. They shipped the bike to her in California and it's the PERFECT bike!.
SO many times, they have let me come in for little things that need adjustment on my bikes and they always take care of me with NO waiting!
