pressure washing
 + -1 morearrogant, temper-mental, and childish ownership. watch out for up charges. i have owned several homes over my life, hiring many many sub contractors over the years. this is flat out, hands down the worst experience i have ever had with a sub contractor.

 + 1 moreThis is the second project I have done with Timberline, and I have been really pleased with both. These guys are always on time, work really hard, and are present every day until the job is done. Kevin Paul is the owner of Timberline, and is great to work with. He was able to provide a detailed, fixed bid estimate within 3 days of my initial request, and the project was completed right on budget. Through the estimation process he made suggestions for things to consider or add, several of which we accepted. We had a crew of 2 - 4 guys on site every day, and they kept a very clean worksite, were very respectful of our property and privacy, and worked harder than any crew I've had up here to do work before. They pointed out some imperfections in the building and fixed them for me (it wasn't sealed all that well, for example). I would recommend these guys for any light construction or finishing work in the Conifer area.
Description of Work: Timberline finished the interior of a 2 car garage that I had erected on my property earlier in the year. Services included insulation, drywall, painting the interior, and putting a sealant on the garage floor.

 + 0 moreSimply put, these guys were great. Kevin Paul is the owner of Timberline, and throughout the entire process was easily accessible, came by when there were questions or concerns, and ensured that the work was completed on time and budget. We had a crew of 2 - 4 guys on site from the time the work started until it wrapped up, and they were all extremely friendly and really pleasant to have around. Each day they did a great job of cleaning up, kept a tidy worksite, and ensured that we were happy with the progress. They did a very thorough job of patching up imperfections in our siding (cedar lap) and masked the entire house and surrounding areas before they began. I will definitely use them again, would recommend them to anyone local to the Conifer area.

structural engineer
 + -1 moreCompany selected by our structural engineer Gus Escobar. Rotated wood main beam was removed from our just purchased home and a new steel beam was installed as per engineers specifications. Gus checked work and OKed repair. Paid upon completion of work. Very happy with job.
