INSPECTION PERFECTION INC

Our experience with Carl was wonderful.  We arrived at the property, and Carl had already been there for an hour- inspecting and photographing the roof and areas of the yard where (had we been in attendance) we would have just had to wait.  Upon our arrival, he introduced himself and summarized his findings up to that point.  From that moment on, Carl meticulously inspected every area of our new home with incredible precision.  He was very efficient and was able to move quickly through the inspection like an old pro despite his attention to detail (down to every screw in each outlet cover!).  Upon completion of the inspection, Carl brought his own printer inside and printed up a summary sheet of costs and major items for us to take with us along with a binder and a bonus little drain-de-clogging tool (nice touch!).  Early that evening, we received a comprehensive report including several pictures detailing any and every potential concern.  We were completely impressed with the service as well as the recommendations he had for us, and we would recommend him to anyone and everyone needing a great home inspector.
