Emery and Austin were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job removing my father-in-laws 60+ foot tall fir tree. They were effective, efficient, and timely on this job. They left the area around the removed tree cleaner then when they arrived for the job. They shredded all of the limbs and cut the whole trunk into 16â rounds, then they loaded all of the rounds into my brother-in-laws trailer without hesitation. These guys are worth every penny, and really know what they are doing. I will be spreading the word about Emery Tree Service to friends and family. I will be hiring them in the near future on other tree projects.

Very disappointed! We hired Emery Tree Service to trim our trees. They did a good job on the trimming and removed a larger aspen that was struggling. We paid them in full for their trimming services the same day. Per my discussion with Emery, they were to replant a new stand of aspens in the next week or two. As of today, two months later, they have missed 3 or 4 appointments. They have not responded to multiple phone calls or text messages. Due to Emery failure to communicate, I have to give them a poor review. Their lack of follow up has been very unprofessional and I have given them multiple opportunities to fix the issue. Disappointing.

Emery was very prompt with his response to my inquiry , He went through and explained what he was going to do . He and his crew arrived on time and did a very good job . It is a bit weird with tree trimming is the fact that you can't really see the full result until the trees get their leaves back .Overall we are very pleased with contracting with Emery's Tree Service . Emery was very knowledgeable with the tree species and a nice guy to work with.
