Wow! I wish I could give higher than five stars! Someone commented earlier about how exciting can a dryer vent cleaning be? In my estimation-VERY. Robert was the first to return my call and explain what I might be looking at- Also that if I didn't need cleaning there would be just the, (low), trip charge. As expected my vent was hardly holding together, my dryer malfunctioning, & a possible/probable fire hazard. Not just a "sell", I SAW it with my own eyes and I kind of expected it in my 60 year old house. I took his advice to SAVE my self long run money and just replace it, as opposed to 'cleaning something' that was already in shreds. He came out the following day, on a SUNDAY- (Father's day)- AFTER HOURS, in the rain and replaced it for not much more than the cleaning charge would have been. He also changed my furnace filter b/c I can't bear to go into my crawlspace- something he didn't need to accommodate, at no charge. He also adjusted my dryer so it would stop rocking. Top notch customer service, friendly, reasonable pricing, and I HIGHLY recommend to anyone else looking. A+ from me, for SURE!
