They came and did the overall checkup, added some coolant, and said the system was fine. They promised to return and check to see how things went.
We called several times and said there was no improvement. They promised to return. We called again and again.
They NEVER returned and my air conditioner was not fixed or even improved one bit.
This was extremely disappointing and a TOTAL waste of money.
We called another company who confirmed and demonstrated they could see nothing that had been fixed or adjusted.
I will never call or use them again.

I have an annual contract with them. I decided to go with them because they were reliable, friendly and reasonably priced; I have not really checked around for the price, but to me, it is reasonable. I would use them again in the future.
